Please follow City’s updated H&S guidance when using rooms and ensure a risk assessment has been completed for your activity, where appropriate.
Colleagues are expected to wear a face covering in potentially crowded or enclosed spaces, unless they are exempt. Please respect colleagues’ decisions to wear a face covering and, where possible, wear a face covering if another colleague is uncomfortable.
Cleaning materials will be provided in rooms for use. Room occupants are responsible for meeting H&S requirements.
